September will see the Tribunal covering frybread tacos, a Taiwanese savory stuffed donut, and a loaf of bread stuffed with fried shellfish.
In August we’ll be trying Midye Tava, Moo Yong sandwiches, and Murtabak. That is, if we can get to them before Chicago gets locked down again.
July’s sandwiches are Manhattans, Marmalade sandwiches, and sandwiches de Mezcla
In June we’ll be trying Korean Street Toast, Hungarian Lángos, and the Florentine street food Lampredotto.
Any excuse to hit a bunch of Polish delis is a good one. We’re looking forward to a May full of great sandwiches!
