Topical Quick Hit: Edzo’s Thanksgiving on a Bun
If you hate turkey burgers, forget about that for a minute. Edzo’s turkey burgers are delicious. They’re thin, griddled 100% dark meat patties that, though they’re a little more crumbly than a beef patty, are almost as savory and flavorful. If for some reason you’re a sitcom husband whose wife would only let him eat turkey burgers, Edzo’s should be your go-to.
On top of that it’s-actually-delicious burger patty, we’ve got all the usual Turkey Day suspects. I’m a sucker for all the Thanksgiving staples. I would’ve forgiven them for using the ConAgra Everything From A Can Method, but this stuff tasted like a pile of genuine homemade leftovers. The topping ratio was great, and every once in a while, there would be a bite with a little more stuffing or a little more little crispy fried onions. I’m going to sit down to an entire turkey dinner in an hour shortly, and I could easily put down one of these burgers before or after.
You’ve probably only got another day or two to get one this year–if that. Eddie says the special only lasts as long as the leftovers.
