Happy Birthday to Us!

It was 1 year ago today that Josh, Thom and I decided to start this dumb sandwich blog, and since then we’ve eaten crazy amounts of sandwiches. I couldn’t even tell you how many. (Maybe Josh could, he used to keep a spreadsheet)

We are only about 20% of the way through The List, so we’ve got a lot of sandwiches yet to eat. And I’m currently working on a few other posts, so this one will be short. But I wanted to at least give the occasion a nod.

Thanks to the other great folks who’ve joined us in our dumb crusade to eat all the sandwiches, Drew, Crit, Brian, & Mary, you guys are the best and we wouldn’t have gotten here without you.

Thanks to my family & friends for putting up with me talking constantly about sandwiches for the past year. Also to guys like Ian, Steve, Nick, and the folks at Bay Essence for answering my dumb questions about sandwiches.

Thank you Internet for reading this stuff and occasionally thinking it’s not terrible.

And thanks most of all to sandwiches for being pretty great.
